Before you arrive
Please make sure there are no traces of mascara, as any residue will cause your extensions to fall out faster.
Please remove previous eyelash extensions. I can remove the old lashes; however, you will be charged.
Our appointments are on the hour so please try to come 5 minutes earlier for consultation and please be on time. If you are more then 15 minutes late you will have to reschedule.
Cancellation policy
Due to the high demand for appointments, Keico’s Eyelash has initiated a 50% service fee for late notice cancellation and no show. If you must cancel an appointment, please give us at least 6 hours notice prior to your appointment in order to avoid the fee.
As a courtesy, we will send out an email to confirm your service appointments before the day prior to your appointment date. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment; therefore all of our appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior via email for your convenience. Please ensure that we have your current email address on file in order to be able to do so in a way that may be beneficial to you. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help us service our guests better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.
